I have been restoring carousel animals for more than 25 years now. In 1983 I bought my first carousel horse, an Illions, and embarked on the challenge of restoring it myself. After extensive research on the anatomy of horses, the history of the carousel and process in which these carousel animals were originally created, I was prepared to start a business that I would thoroughly enjoy. I wanted to restore carousel animals to their original condition, and spread the joy and fun they bring into other families' homes.
